TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

      ARTWORK

• Images must be with sharp edges in high resolution at least 300dpi from the scanner.

• Do not enlarge or reduce it from the original design.

• State the image size desired and the exact position on the garment). Jpeg, PDF, PDS, Tif files are welcome.

• Photoshop adjustments, mock-ups, and any graphic work can be done for an extra fee.

• When placing an order with us the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you are the owner / have permission to reproduce artwork files.

• We do everything we can to ensure that your prints are in the correct place. However, due to the nature of screen printing, there are tolerances we have to work within. Our standard tolerance for print placement is 1-2 cm in any direction.

 

      DELIVERY, PRICES & CONDITIONS

• The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order (VAT inc) unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may change the price of any Product at any time in order to reflect any increase in the costs to us of supplying the Product.

• The prices are exclusive of delivery costs and applicable Customs taxes.

• All sizes and measurements are taken from the product manufacturer's literature. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.

• Payment is due upon agreement.

• Payments accepted: bank transfer and PayPal. UK buyers will be charged 5% for PayPal payments.

• Postage is not included. Small orders (up to 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked Service. Any other parcel over 2kg will be sent via courier.

• Make sure you provide the correct and full delivery address and contact details.

• Delivery within 15 working days which don't include weekends, bank holidays, or holiday periods will be informed in advance.

• You will be given an estimated completion date when your order is processed. Please note this is estimated and not a guaranteed date of the day your order will be delivered.

• We cannot accept responsibility for delays on the part of any delivery company we use nor can we reimburse any loss incurred by the customer by late delivery of goods due to these delays

      Production delays / Missed Deadlines

      If there is a problem or delay with your order and a deadline is missed (although this is very uncommon, it can happen) we can't accept responsibility for loss of sales or any other costs this may incur to you. Typically, when a deadline is missed by us, you will be refunded the cost of postage or rush order fee if one was paid. As the products are custom made we cannot accept a return if the reason for returning the goods is that they were late either by production delays or delivery delays

• If you want to cancel an order it's best to contact us ASAP to avoid charges. If you cancel the order prior to stock being ordered then you will be entitled to a full refund. If stock has been ordered then there would be a 25% restocking fee on the price of the garments. If production has started then you will be entitled to a refund minus the material & labour costs incurred. If the items have already been produced, due to them being custom products you will not be able to cancel the order.

• If you wish to return goods which you consider defective in material or workmanship, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of delivery (and allow us to inspect the goods if we ask). If we find the goods are defective in material or workmanship we will (at our option) replace the goods or refund the price paid. Only faulty garments that have NOT been worn or processed will be credited in full. Goods delivered more than one month earlier will not be accepted for return.

• All brochures, catalogues, samples and other promotional materials are to be treated as illustrative only and subject to change without prior notice. Their contents form no part of any agreement between you and us and you should not rely on them in entering into any agreement with us.
