CARRY ON SCREAMING
Carry On Screaming est un label de sérigraphie et de distribution DIY géré depuis 2009 par un couple de punk rock (Anita & Osmani) basé à Bournemouth, au Royaume-Uni.
Nous apporterons des vêtements punk et alternatifs :
t-shirts, hauts, sweats à capuche, vêtements pour bébés et enfants, patchs, sous-vêtements, accessoires et plus encore.
TERMS OF SALE
The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order (VAT inc), unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may change the price of any Product at any time in order to reflect any increase in the costs to us of supplying the Product.
The prices are exclusive of delivery costs and applicable Custom taxes.
Prices are in British Pound Sterling (£).
Seasonal Collection & Special Edition products will be available while stocks last.
All sizes and measurements are taken from the product manufacturer's literature. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.
All orders are supplied after payment.
Postage is not included.
Make sure you provide the correct and full delivery address and contact details.
Claims arriving from shortages/fault must be made within 7 days of receipt. Remember: Mistakes are possible. Please check the delivery carefully.
If you wish to return goods which you consider defective in material or workmanship, you must inform us in writing within 7 days of delivery (and allow us to inspect the goods if we ask). If we find the goods are defective in material or workmanship, we will (at our option) replace the goods or refund the price paid. Only faulty garments that have NOT been worn or processed will be credited in full. Goods delivered more than 21 days earlier will not be accepted for return, replacement or refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipment time varies depend on the customs regulations, weather, and post office efficiency.
In 90% of cases, delivery takes place within the specified number of working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
This may vary depending on availability, payment method, location and other factors beyond our control.
Although Royal Mail is generally very reliable a small percentage of items do go missing or are held up/delayed.
Please understand that any such delays are beyond our control.
For peace of mind, choose Recorded Postage at checkout.
Combine items at the time of purchase and save on special promotions and P&P.

EU VAT & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on items/goods entering the destination country including the EU from the UK. These depend on the contents’ value.
The parcel won’t be released until payment has been received.
Items sent to the EU from England, Scotland and Wales are subject to VAT and duties in the EU.
The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.

RETURN POLICY
While we hope you will be very happy with your purchase if you do have any problems please CONTACT US. Note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. We can only replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. As shipping costs are not retrievable, we’re unable to refund shipping costs. Returns sent by post are at your own cost.
FOR HYGIENE AND SAFETY REASONS WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON UNDERWEAR, BABY & TODDLER WEAR.
UNWANTED ITEMS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase CONTACT US to arrange a return and refund. Return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are your responsibility. We do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you get proof of postage: send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar traceable method.
Goods can only be credited if they are in ‘new’ condition. Refunds will be credited to your payment account no later than 10 working days after we receive your returned goods and will exclude any delivery and handling costs incurred by us.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty please contact us straight away. Please quote your name, details of the faulty product. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 10 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please note delivery charges are only refundable if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
